Maverick Helicopters operates a fleet of over 20 vehicles, including a mix of black and white limo coaches, sprinter vans, and buses with forward-facing seating. Each vehicle is marked with black or white Maverick Helicopters logos on the windows for easy identification.

One of our trusted drivers will pick you up from your hotel’s designated pick-up location. If you’re unsure where to meet, feel free to ask a hotel employee or contact our front desk at 702-948-1400, and they will direct you to the appropriate spot. Our driver will call out passengers’ names and remind everyone to have a photo ID and method of payment with them before getting in. Finally, the driver will conduct a headcount to ensure all passengers are on board before departure.

After leaving your hotel, the driver may make additional stops along or near the iconic Las Vegas Strip to retrieve other guests. Your adventure truly begins when you board the shuttle heading to our executive terminal on Las Vegas Boulevard, just across the iconic Welcome to Las Vegas sign!

Upon arriving at our terminal, our friendly staff will greet and assist you with checking in. Shortly after, you will embark on an unforgettable helicopter tour!
